Joseph Kenner is the CEO of Greyston Bakery, a certified B Corp., which is a national model for ‘Open Hiring,’ an initiative they launched 40 years ago. In partnership with Ben & Jerry’s for over 25 years, they are one of the country’s most well-known social enterprises defined by their motto, “More than a brownie, more than a job.”
As a globally known purpose-driven leader, Joseph is frequently asked to share his expertise on the international stage, including Bloomberg, CBS New York, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and the World Economic Forum. His message focuses on how to build a more inclusive economy through workforce development and employment. He serves on the Board of Directors of Conscious Capitalism, Inc., the New York City Workforce Investment Board, and Richard Branson’s B-Team. He is an Advisory Council member of the REDF Impact Investing Fund (RIIF).
